The Jacques are back with a new album , Make Repetition!, which dropped on Friday, September 5th. The indie rock band features brothers Finn O’Brien (vocals, guitar) and Elliot O’Brien (drums), along with multi-instrumentalist Harry Thomas. Formed in 2014, they are known for their genre-defying, punk-tinged sound that blends pyschedelia, Britpop and new wave.
Make Repetition! is described as a statement of resilience and reinvention, following themes of loss, survival and self-improvement. Characterized by spiky guitars and big hooks, inspired by bands such as Pixies, Parquet Courts and Blur this album release is certainly one not to miss!
