Yeifry Severino de la Rosa, better known by his stage name “Nino Freestyle” or simply “Nino”, is a rapper, songwriter, and performing artist from The Dominican Republic.

His passion for music began at the age of 12 but began working on it professionally at the age of 14 when he went to a recording studio for the first time. Instagram was his main source of promotion, as he posted multiple videos rapping that went viral and grew traction on his page. After this, his national popularity began to grow. He notably went viral for breaking the world record for rhyming words with the song “Jon Z Challenge,” and broke the record that belonged to Jon Z as Nino rhymed 2,114 words, thus becoming the new owner of the record.

From there his international and greater success grew, reaching the hands of “Secreto el Famoso Biberon”, creating the song “La Vuelta” together with Fecho, which helped to further establish him as one of the new promising faces of the Dominican urban genre.
