New Signings - August 2012

The Royalty Network has signed a new Administration deal with Dave Keyes. Dave is primarily a composer for TV, with extensive credits composing for such shows as ‘American Idol’, ‘Another World’, ‘As The World Turns’, ‘Oprah Winfrey’ and more.  His catalog will be administered through his company KEYESLAND MUSIC (ASCAP)


RoyNet would like to welcome new co-publishing client, producer Jovan Woods aka ‘Kyle Justice’ ( Jovan is one half of the production company The University. With his partner JustHustle the duo has collectively produced for artists such as J Cole, MMG, Chase N Cashe , Kid Ink, T.I., Ludacris, Jeremih and many more.


We are happy to announce we have extended our Co-Publishing deal with band Devildriver ( Dez Fafara (Vocals), John Boecklin (Drums), Jeff Kendrick (Guitar), Mike Spreitzer (Guitar) . Our deal covers the World now & will continue thru 9/17/22 and includes all songs on their upcoming new album, scheduled to be released in early 2013.


Fourteen year old writer Laney Meredith ( has signed a single song agreement deal with The Royalty Network, Inc. Laney co-wrote the song “Whatever This Is” with RoyNet writer Trey Bruce. “Whatever This Is” will be released as a single in Holland by Antje Monteiro and will also be used as the main song for a Dutch TV show called ‘Gipsy Girls’.


 Pop/Folk singer-songwriter Edie Brickell ( & her company Brick Elephant Music (ASCAP) have signed a new Administration deal with The Royalty Network. Edie has had several Top 10 singles, and will be releasing her new album titled ‘Edie Brickell & The Gaddabouts’ (which includes Steve Gadd and Pino Palladino) on September 18th.  Edie is also the Wife of famed songwriter/artist, Paul Simon.

We are happy to have Edie Brickell on board as a new client.

The Royalty Network has signed jazz musician/artist/producer Fabrizio Sotti to a new Administration deal. Fabrizio who was born in Italy, also co-writes and produces in several other genres. His latest release is Cassandra Wilson’s ‘Another Country’; he produced the whole album and co-wrote every song except one. Other credits include his wo rk with M-1 (of Dead Prez), Tupac, K’Naan, prior Cassandra Wilson albums and many more. His catalog will be administered through his publishing company SOTTI MUSIC (BMI).
