Hip Hop recording artist, Knoc-Turnal, has entered into a Worldwide Administration deal with The Royalty Network. After penning several songs for Dr. Dre, Knoc-Turn'al traded the pen for the microphone. Instant comparisons were drawn to Snoop Dogg, who had also debuted alongside Dre and whom Knoc resembled in many ways. However, unlike Snoop, Knoc is a songwriter as much as a rapper. Despite the strong ties to Dre and Aftermath, Knoc signed to Elektra Records, who offered the rapper his own boutique label, L.A. Confidential. His debut EP, L.A. Confidential Presents: Knoc-Turn'al. In February, 2004, Elektra released Knoc’s first full length album, ‘The Way I Am’, which received rave reviews as “one of the more interesting and accomplished West Coast album in years”. Knoc-Turnal’s currently in the studio recording a new full length album, due for release in March, 2005. His works are administered through his Knoc-turn’al Music catalog (BMI).

Sherrod Barnes has signed a Worldwide deal with the Network. Sherrod is a gifted Bass and Guitar player, as well as songwriter. He’s toured the World performing with Aretha Franklin, and is a most in demand Bass player. His latest contribution includes a song with Angie Stone, “Karma”, on her current ‘Stone Love’ album. Gifted Reggae artist, Tanya Stephens (Vivienne Stephenson), has signed a new Administration deal with us. Tanya, who’s works we handled in the past, is currently riding the success of her most successful album to date, ‘Gangsta Blues’. She picks up pretty much where she left off, with expert revelatory dancehall reggae. Tanya’s most significant asset is her genuinely rich and cultivated singing voice, a dark and supple alto that slips effortlessly from melody to chat and back again.
