October/November 2008 Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas of TLC, have signed an Administrtation Agreement with The Royalty Network. Billboard magazine ranks the group as one of the greatest musical trios of all time. They have sold more than 45 million records worldwide. According to the RIAA and Billboard, TLC has been certified for more than 22 million albums and singles in the United States. In 1999, the group was inducted into the All Time Hot 100 Artist Hall of Fame. Their second album, ‘Crazy Sexy Cool’(1994), was the first album by a female group to be awarded Diamond Certification by the RIAA for selling over 10 million copies in the USA and shipping over 15 million copies worldwide. The Awards and Nominations are too many to mention, but some of the highlights include, a Grammy and MTV Video Award for 1997’s “Waterfalls”, a Billboard Music award for “Creep”, an AMA Award for Best R&B/ Soul Group. The slinky single, "Creep," became TLC's first number one pop hit, topping the charts for four weeks. It was followed by three more Top Five singles: "Red Light Special," "Waterfalls" (which became their biggest hit ever, spending seven weeks at number one), and "Diggin' on You." TLC were a bona fide phenomenon, and their stylish videos and live performances kept upping the ante for outrageous fashion sense, Crazy Sexy Cool eventually sold over 11 million copies in the U.S. alone, and won a Grammy for Best R&B Album. The hotly anticipated ‘Fanmail’ debuted at number one, and its first single, "No Scrubs" topped the charts as well for four weeks. The critically acclaimed follow-up, "Unpretty," tackled unrealistic beauty standards and spent three weeks at number one. Fanmail wound up going six times platinum, and won another Best R&B Album Grammy. T-Boz and Chilli are Ascap writer members, and will be administered through their Tizbiz Music LLC account.
