We recently signed a worldwide Administration Agreement with Dave Hollister (www.davehollisteronline.com). Hollister’s first recorded effort as a solo act, the Erik Sermon/Redman collaboration, “Weekend”, was featured on the movie soundtrack, ‘The Ride’ and released as a single in 1998.  He’s also a former member to R&B sensation group, ‘Blackstreet’.  His solo debut album, ‘Ghetto Hymns’, was issued in 1999.  ‘Chicago:85:The Movie’, followed a year later.  His superior vocal talents have also been featured on several albums, including “Blacka Da Berry”, “Enigma”, “Lead And How To Swing It”, “Usher”, and “Hi Five”.  His latest effort, ‘The Book of David, Vol. 1: The Transition’, on Zomba Records, came out on September 26th.  It’s Dave’s first Gospel record, and opened at #1 ob Billboard’s Gospel charts.  We welcome the extreme talents of Dave to our family.  His catalog is From David’s Harp (ASCAP).

Jesse Wright, has signed an Administration deal with The Royalty Network, Inc., covering his catalog for The World.  Wright has co-written many songs with Dave Hollister, which appear on his new release,  ‘The Book of David, Vol. 1: The Transition’ (Zomba).  Wright’s works are administered via his Treman Music (Ascap) catalog.

They’re passionate about the authenticity, originality, and exceptional quality of the music they release on the label. With such diverse artists as Dan Arborise, Leo Abrahams, Honeyroot, and LaRoca, it’s not wonder their material’s already being used extensively in the hit TV show, ‘Sex In The City’.

Mike Render p/k/a Killer Mike has signed an Extension Agreement for his Aniyah’s Music (Ascap) catalog. A talented writer and Artist, Mike’s new album is due in early 2007 on Virgin/EMI. Anthony’s an extremely talented Ascap writer, and we’re hoping to arrange for lots of collaborative efforts to further extend his catalog.

Writer, Keithian Sammons (Naihtiek Skrow - BMI) has signed an exclusive Administration deal with us. His writing credits already include cuts by Lloyd, 3LW, and Jarvis. Keithian’s an amazing writer, and we’re certain his name will appear continually in our newsletter announcing his future placements.

We’re pleased to announce the re-signing of Stic (Clayton Gavin) of Dead Prez. With no shortage of material, including his book, ‘The Art of Emcee-ing’ (available on www.bossupbu.com) , ‘Can’t Sell Dope Forever’, by Dead Prez, featuring the Outlawz, and ‘Soldier 2 Soldier’ by Stic and Young Noble (of the Outlawz), all of which were released during the past year. Plus, the Dead Prez all new feature film ‘It’s Bigger Than Hip Hop’ has now debuted on the Starz network. And of course, Dead Prez material was used extensively in ‘Dave Chappelle’s Block Party’. Plus, Stic and M-1 are hard at work in the studio, creating what’s sure to be another instant classic when it’s released. There’s no doubt we’re pleased Stic has agreed to renew his deal, and we look forward to working together for many more years. Stic’s songs are administered via his Walk Like A Warrior (BMI) catalog.
