August 1, 2003 Artist/writer, James Savage p/k/a Jayo Felony has inked an administration agreement with The Network to control his Bullet Loco Music (ASCAP) catalog. San Diego-based rapper Jayo Felony turned to music after spending his teen years in a gang, a decision that ultimately resulted in a stint in prison; after recording a handful of underground tapes he issued the single "Piss on Your Tombstone," selling it on consignment at local record stores. Underground followed in 1999. Jayo has worked with and is featured on releases by Ice Cube, Xzibit, Mack 10, Snoop Dogg, Method Man, Warren G, and numerous other leading Artists.
