Patrick ‘Black Pearl’ Howell, has signed an Administrtation Agreement with The Royalty Network. Black Pearl is a leading writer of the most cutting edge Reggae Artists. His sound ranges from Dancehall to Lovers Rock. His work includes hits for the likes of Wayne Wonder, Ward 21, Elephant Man, Daville, Luciano, Warrior King, and Chuck Fenda, with his most recent work being on the latest Anthony Cruz and Yellowman albums. Black Pearl is a BMI writer member, and will be administered through our Tenyor Music account.

Earl Sinks, signed an exclusive Worldwide Administration Agreement with the Royalty Network, Inc. Earl is the owner of numerous Publishing catalogs, including Ace Of Hearts Music (BMI), Cypress Music (Ascap), Shelldrake Music (BMI), Rita’s Cloud Nine Music (BMI), Wild Blue Music (BMI), Memory Music (Ascap), Dennis Atkins Music (Ascap), and Riverwood Music (Ascap). Earl was also a recording Artist who recorded under the names Earl “Snake” Richards, Sinks Mitchell, and Earl Richards. The singer songwriter-musician-actor was born in Levelland, Texas, and performed as a member of the Cricketts in the mid 50’s and sang lead vocals on their version of “I Fought The Law”. In 1958 he came to Nashville with his pal Bob Montgomery, and they both went to work as tunesmiths with Acuff-Rose.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve now assigned a Sub-Publisher to handle our vast catalog for the territory of Greece. In a deal which started with a meeting at this year’s Midem, we have reached an Agreement with Denise Andrikopoulou of D-Version Music Publishing, www.dversion.gr We look forward to a very satisfying relationship with our new partner.

Joel Scott Hill, (www.joelscotthill.com) has signed an Administration Agreement with The Royalty Network. The deal covers his entire catalog, including his work with The Flying Burrito Brothers and La L.A. Getaway. Probably the greatest and most obscure supergroup album, L.A. Getaway combined the talents of a core group of Joel Scott Hill (guitar/vocals), Chris Ethridge (bass/piano/vocals), and Johnny Barbata (drums). The fact that lead singer Hill remains a largely unknown and under-recognized talent as a singer is one of the reasons for this album's obscurity. Hill's blue-eyed soul vocals on such rockers as "It's Your Love" and Dr. John's brilliant, New Orleans-soaked "Craney Crow" clearly attest to his sheer genius. Joel’s works are administered through his Isaiah 53 Music (BMI) catalog.

Gus Johnson (aka the voice of the New York Knicks, and the voice to be heard on NCAA’s CBS March Madness Tournament) has signed an Agreement with The Royalty Network. Gus’ talents go beyond his vocal genius, and extend to his business venture as a Label owner, Publisher, and Executive Producer. His signed Artists include Ikka-Bod, Ghost Town Lounge, plus a staff of hungry talented writers. In addition, Gus is the creator of ‘GusTones’, a leading custom voice tone / ringtone, for College Basketball fanatics. Gus’ works are handled through his Big Red Robot Music (ASCAP).

Harvey “Speedy” Miller signed an Administration Agreement covering his catalog, including the Young Jeezy songs “I Do This” and “She Can Get It” off his latest album, and remixes for Beyonce and Kelly Rowland on their latest. We’re happy to have Speedy, who’s an ASCAP writer, aboard.

Jeffrey Campbell p/k/a ‘Assassin’ (Nellcamp Music – Ascap) has signed a Worldwide Administration agreement with The Royalty Network. Assassin’s latest work is the Usher remix of “In This Club”. Be sure to check him out at www.assassinweb.com So far Assassin has released enough songs to complete two albums. "Ruffest & Tuffest," on the much applauded Diwali riddim by producer Steven "Lenky" Marsden, exposed him to an audience outside of Jamaica. But the Infiltration, his first album and Part One of a multi-album deal he signed with VP/Penthouse Records released in the fall of 2005, combines his hits from late 2004 and early 2005 with 12 exclusive tracks. His material is well-balanced. There’s "Idiot Ting" on the Renaissance Crew’s Stepz riddim which chronicles the life and times of irresponsible people.

Jayson and Keyon Harrold (p/k/a ‘KeyKat’) have signed an Exclusive Administration Agreement for their Keykat Music catalog. Talented producers, the guys work has been featured on the latest 50 Cent album ‘Curtis’ and Mobb Deep’s ‘Blood Money’. We’re pleased to have the opportunity to represent Keyon and Jayson, and look forward to working with them creatively to further their careers.

World Trade Music Group, has signed a Worldwide Administration Agreement for their Ascap catalog. World Trade started operations as a production / songwriting company. Their first opportunity for placement came with the latest Jaheim album, ‘The Makings Of A Man’ (Atlantic Records). The guys are hard at work preparing their next set of hits.
