 | Mista Raja
From the depths of 169th street in the Bronx to behind the scenes of today’s popular anthems, Roger “Mista Raja” Green has a solid grasp on the direction of the music industry. Stepping on the scene in his youth, he has surrounded himself with celebrities, opportunities, and music. The sound of creativity and freedom hit him in the heart and now he is a man that knows well the happiness that comes from following his calling.
The entertainment industry rarely sees one person possess such a myriad of talents. In 7 years, he has become more than just the common producer. He is also a rapper and a songwriter, having written songs such as “Satisfy you” for Sean P. Diddy Combs and R. Kelly. His ability to peak over artists’ shoulders at their reflection and see both the obvious and hidden enables him to fully match the song to the person. Looking at his own reflection enables him to see other prospects open to him. For example, in 1998 he partnered with Mark Monarch in the creation of Mark’s Associ, a company that combines the talents of producers, with song ideas, hooks, and the needs of artists - known and unknown.

Today, many including Russell Simmons have acknowledged his musical endowment.
If any doubt remains that his future is certain, it is dismantled by the picture he resume paints. His history reveals contributions to Grammy nominated records of Sean P Diddy Combs. It shines light on contributions to Gold records “Thank You” by Barry White and “The Story” by Sole. It presents artists’ trust in him when permitting substantial contributions to albums such as Lil’ Kim’s “Queen Bee 2”, in addition to production by Mr. Williams (a producer under Mark’s associ) on her present single, “Shut Up Bitch”.
